1) Payment Methods

Ulyssian Imports accepts payments made with Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

2) Shipping Policy

In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days via UPS with standard ground shipping. Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays. UPS shipping is available for shipping in the US ONLY and cannot be shipped to P. O. Boxes.

3) Return Policy

We guarantee our merchandise to your satisfaction. We will exchange or refund any item returned in original condition, exclusive of transportation charges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days. We will happily exchange the product or issue either a credit or a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to be processed. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Altered, decorated, used, or damaged items are non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No COD returns are accepted.

4) Exchange an order

We will gladly exchange your order for another item of equal or lesser value, provided that you pay the shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If there is a problem with your order due to an oversight on our part, please let us know. The problem will be remedied at no cost to you.

5) Backorders

If an item is unavailable, it will be removed from the order and you will be notified of its status when the other items are shipped.
